The first template pack from PHStudios. These are available to Premium Members only. I have released both templates PHS uses. The top one in the screen shot is for drupal (the template here), the bottom one is for Invision Power Board (made by another administrator Sanity Penguin)

Drupal Theme - Download
IPB Skin - Download

To Install on Drupal:
Unzip the Drupal download and copy the PHStudios folder to DRUPAL_INSTALL/sites/all/themes/. Once it is there, go to Administer - Themes and enable PHStudios theme.

To Install on IPB:
Unzip the IPB download to your computer. Go to your Invision Power Board's ACP - Look & Feel - Skin Import/Export. Import all the files in the download.

To Import Skin Templates: Import the file ipb_skin-firephoeni.xml.gz
To Import Skin Images: Import the file ipb_images-firephoeni.xml.gz
To Import Skin Macros: Import the file ipb_macro.xml
